Dear Family and Friends,
On October 2nd, I am participating in a one- day fitness fundraiser called CF|24. I will be completing one “hero” style workout and all funds raised will be donated to Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Any pledges made to my fundraising page are greatly appreciated and will go a long way in supporting Special Olympics programs in Canada.
This year, the CF24 workout will be dedicated to and in honour of Constable Jeffrey Northup, who is remembered for his big heart and caring ways and missed by his CrossFit community @heartandhustlefitness.
Jul 2, 2021, Taken too soon.
Married for 26 years. Loving Father of 3 beautiful children aged: 17, 19, 21
Spent 31 years doing what he loved.
Jeff Northrup lived his life full of love for his family and friends.
He encouraged and spent time with his children doing what they loved.
Special Olympics, Cheerleading, film and lacrosse. He supported them unconditionally.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating and remember Jeff with this workout and all he has done to support the Special Olympics movement.
Special Olympics was founded upon one simple notion: sport has the incredible capacity to transform lives, change attitudes, and make communities stronger by supporting Canadians with an intellectual disability. By bringing people together, Special Olympics teaches us to recognize our similarities rather than focusing on our differences.
